There’s no need to trim the body because Traxxas pre-painted bodies come ready to mount right out of the bag. Body comes assembled with front and rear clipless latches.

Older Slash chassis without clipless mounts will require #6940 (Slash 2WD) OR #6976 and #10125 (Slash 4X4) in order to mount the body.
