Maisto is a brand of scale diecast model vehicles introduced in 1990 and owned by May Cheong Group, a Chinese company founded in 1967 in Hong Kong by brothers P.Y. Ngan and Y.C Ngan. Maisto also owns other model car brands, such as the former Italian brand Bburago, whom they acquired in 2006, and Polistil.

Maisto make excellent quality and finely detailed scale diecast car models in a variety of sizes. Remember, the bigger the second number is, the smaller the model. 1:18 scale is the largest available and 1:64 the smallest.

About the Model

Diecast model kit to build a 1/24 scale 2013 SRT Viper GTS. The mix of diecast and plastic components are easy to assemble straight out of the box, mostly snapping together by hand or screwed together with the included screwdriver.

The high level of detail on the finished model is astounding, with a faithfully recreated chassis along with opening scissor doors revealing the interior and a rear hatch that lifts to display the engine.
