Rock Crawlers use some very specific wheels. 1:10 scale crawlers usually 1.9in or 2.2in with a 12mm hex and often use a beadlock fitting so you can swap out your tyres in the field. From there the tyres are many and varied.

Rock Crawler tyres can be made from different tyres compounds for stickiness or sidewall strength or height, they can have flat treads or rounded treads or treads that wrap around onto the sidewall. The idea being that you choose the best tyre compound and tread pattern for you favoured terrain.
