The MC31 Varanus is the Riverhobby contribution to the world of rock crawlers. The MC31 has a 313mm wheelbase (12.3inch) and comes with all the gear you need to get into the rock crawler scene, so pull up a garden chair, grab a drink and get stuck into it.
The MC31 has a sturdy c-channel steel frame chassis and all metal links, including the steering links. It comes fitted with a water resistant steering servo and 2.4Ghz receiver in a water resistant box for the all terrain mud driving, a water resistant ESC and high torque brushed motor, along with a 2.4Ghz transmitter complete the electronics.
Adjustable threaded shocks all round, a selection of alternate gearing and a full range of upgrade alloy parts (available separately) make customising your MC31 easy.
The MC31 comes with a fitted gear cover to protect your running gears from thrown dirt and dust and an Nimh battery and wall charger, super soft crawler, mud pattern tyres complete the package. The fitted body shell is made from durable lexan polycarbonate.
